Since nineteen thirty one, four generations of the Italian Cipriani family have grown a single restaurant into a renowned hospitality dynasty. Cipriani is about the experience – not what can be seen or touched, but what can be felt and sensed.
Cuisine
Cipriani’s menu is built on the concept of simple Italian food made to perfection. The Venetian and signature Italian classics use seasonal premium ingredients and produce to ensure guests experience the simple luxuries of Italian dining. Incorporated into the menu are original Harry’s Bar recipes, and Cipriani inventions – Carpaccio alla Cipriani and the Bellini cocktail.

Design
Cipriani venues are designed by Florentine architect Michele Bonan, featuring a chic blue and white nautical aesthetic, with floor-to-ceiling linen curtains, striped marble Venetian flooring and Murano chandeliers. The Cipriani aesthetic embodies timeless elegance.
